The Hellenic Ministry of Culture, Acropolis Restoration Service and the National Documentation Centre have created a fine interactive website about the Parthenon frieze (low-bandwidth text version available here). Along with a history and illustrations of the Parthenon it includes explanations and interpretations of the iconography of the figures represented on the structure as well as photographs of the entire extant frieze with stone-by-stone descriptions and reconstructions.
